These terms apply to orders placed in the shop on ntropyx.com. Supply contracts negotiated with our commercial desk are governed by their own agreement, not by this page.

You add items to the basket from the shop. The basket lists every item and its quantity, and shows the subtotal excluding VAT, the VAT at 8.1 % and the shipping cost as three separate lines. You can change a quantity or remove an item at any point before the order is sent.
Pay now opens the delivery form. Place order sends it, and the contract is concluded at that moment. A confirmation reaches you immediately by email, with the Swiss QR bill attached.
We deliver to Switzerland only.
Orders are dispatched within three to five working days of the payment reaching our account. Payment is by bank transfer, so the count starts when the transfer arrives, not when the order is placed.
Prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT at 8.1 %. Shipping is added on top and is shown in the basket before the order is sent, never after.

An online purchase carries no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law. We nonetheless take an item back under the conditions below.
An item that is unopened, with its original seal intact, may be returned if you tell us within fourteen days of receiving it. Fourteen days is the period Swiss law itself sets where a right of withdrawal exists; we apply it here by choice.
An opened container is not taken back. The activity of the catalyst is guaranteed only under an intact original seal.
Return carriage is at your expense. If your order was shipped free of charge, the carriage we actually paid to send it to you is deducted from the refund. We refund once the item has reached us and been checked.
If what you receive is faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as it arrives through the contact form. We replace it or refund it, and we pay the return carriage.
If these terms change, this page changes with them and the effective date above is updated. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you place it.
