A molecular combustion catalyst — not an additive. One pure litre treats up to one hundred million litres of fuel. Independently verified by a CNAS-accredited laboratory. No equipment change. No engine downtime.
A true catalyst, not an additive. Compatible with every hydrocarbon fuel. Measured savings — not marketing. Engineered and produced in Switzerland since 2014.
Enables complete oxidation at the molecular level without being consumed or altering the fuel chemistry. Leaves the tank cleaner than it found it.
< 20 ppm activeDilution up to 1 : 100,000,000 in pure form. Logistics footprint is negligible; operator cost per treated litre is a fraction of a cent.

No CAPEXOne litre of pure NTROPYX treats up to one hundred million litres of fuel. Two commercial variants — each calibrated for the fuel chemistry, the fleet profile and the delivery volume of a specific sector.
Engineered for every hydrocarbon fuel powering land transport, backup generation and industrial combustion — diesel, biodiesel (up to B100), HVO, gasoline and heating oil. Calibrated for road haulage, rail, agriculture and power generation.
Engineered for heavy marine fuels — HSFO 3.5% and VLSFO 0.5% — and for MGO, MDO, IFO380. Cleaner combustion and measurable SFOC reduction on the largest 2-stroke marine engines, verified on Wärtsilä 6RT-flex50 and in field on MV KAYRA.
Every figure on this page is backed by independent engine bench tests and real-world field operations. No simulations, no vendor demos. Reports issued by a CNAS-accredited laboratory, released under NDA.
Engine and emission test reports referenced above are issued by a Chinese testing laboratory accredited under CNAS L23122, internationally recognised through ILAC-MRA, and carrying the CMA (China Metrology Accreditation) mark. These marks identify the issuing laboratory — they do not represent accreditations held by NTROPYX® or Virgo Global Energy.

China Metrology Accreditation — statutory mark by SAMR authorising legally-valid test reports within the PRC.

ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation of the issuing lab — registry L23122, covering the engine & emission methods cited.
Move the sliders. See what an 8–12% molecular catalyst does to your annual fuel bill — before you ever commit to a pilot.
Commercial logic, short version. NTROPYX is priced as a fraction of the fuel it treats. A fleet burning €3–5 M of diesel per year recovers the annual catalyst cost in the first two to three weeks of the contract — the remaining fifty weeks are pure margin recovery.
Most operators measure the difference in the first tank-to-tank cycle: a dosing log, a calibrated fuel meter, and an odometer are enough to see the delta.
Fuel is the same molecule everywhere; the economics change per sector. NTROPYX is calibrated for each one, priced on the volume it treats, and sold per programme — never as a one-off drum.
Every kilometre your fleet runs, fuel is either burned completely — or wasted. Operators who measure closely already sense where the gap is.
With bunker costs measured in thousands per day, the difference between complete and incomplete combustion is the difference between profit and loss.
A locomotive that burns cleaner runs longer between overhauls. Soot deposits drop; EGR stays clean; savings compound in fuel and in maintenance.
During harvest, every hour of peak torque counts. Visibly less black smoke means less unburned fuel and more power where it pays.
Standby and prime-power diesel units idle badly and burn rich. NTROPYX cleans the cycle and extends maintenance intervals.
Industrial boilers and commercial heating oil networks are the quietest high-volume savings in the portfolio — no one sees them, yet they burn year-round.
NTROPYX is not a story. It is a chemical reaction — and a measurable one. Here is what happens inside the combustion chamber, in plain language.
NTROPYX rearranges fuel molecules at the molecular level, increasing surface area and oxygen accessibility for each hydrocarbon molecule in the combustion chamber.
Carbon atoms bond with more oxygen molecules, enabling a more complete oxidation reaction. Unburned fuel is eliminated; PM, NOx and CO emissions drop.
Whether automotive, industrial, marine, or heavy-duty, NTROPYX delivers a vital bridge technology towards cleaner, more sustainable combustion — today, not in 2050.
NTROPYX is bought by fleet directors, chief engineers and procurement leads — not marketing teams. These are the words we hear once the first tank-to-tank cycle is logged.
We ran the pilot on two tractor units for six weeks. The delta held at 9.6% average. Rolled it out across the long-haul fleet in the next quarter.
SFOC reduction was the number we watched. Chief engineer called it out on day four. Particulates on the scavenge air pipes dropped visibly.
Our gensets ran cleaner and we stretched the oil-change interval by 15%. We didn't budget for maintenance savings — they came anyway.
NTROPYX is sold per programme, not per drum. Pricing scales with the volume of fuel the catalyst treats, not with cosmetic packaging. All programmes include SDS, dosing protocol, pilot tracking and field support.
We do not sell through distributors on autopilot. Every account goes through a short, disciplined onboarding — so the first reported savings number is the real one.
Every serious buyer opens with the same list. Here are direct, non-marketing answers — written by the technical team, not the sales team.
No. NTROPYX is a molecular combustion catalyst. It does not change the fuel chemistry and is not consumed during combustion — it enables a more complete oxidation of the existing hydrocarbon fuel. Active concentration in treated fuel is below 20 ppm.
NTROPYX is formulated to meet the fuel specifications recognised by major engine manufacturers. We supply an SDS, a technical datasheet and the dosing protocol so your OEM and insurance teams can review. Operators in our programme have not experienced warranty issues; we cooperate directly with OEM technical departments where relevant.
Every hydrocarbon fuel in commercial use: diesel, gasoline, HVO, biodiesel up to B100, HSFO 3.5% and VLSFO 0.5%, MGO, MDO, IFO380, heating oil and kerosene.
At point-of-fill, into the bunker barge, the road tanker or the on-site storage tank. No injector hardware, no engine re-mapping. Pilot dosing is supervised by our technical team; operational dosing is automated or manual, depending on the site.
Engine bench and emission test reports referenced on this site are issued by a Chinese laboratory accredited under CNAS L23122, recognised through ILAC-MRA, and carrying the CMA mark (China Metrology Accreditation, 202419120184). These are accreditations of the issuing laboratory — not of NTROPYX or Virgo Global Energy.
Per programme, not per drum. Pricing scales with the annual fuel volume the catalyst is designed to treat. A typical fleet recovers the annual catalyst cost in the first two to three weeks of the contract. Quotes in CHF, EUR or USD, ex-works Lausanne.
A Field Trial is scoped around one vehicle, one vessel, or one genset — up to roughly 250,000 L of treated fuel over six weeks. We quote after the technical call once the fuel type, volume and measurement protocol are confirmed.
Each Operational Programme and Strategic Supply contract includes a quarterly report with litres saved, CO₂ avoided, and emissions delta (NOx, CO, HC, PM) — formatted for direct integration into your ESG / CSRD reporting.
Engineered and produced in Switzerland since 2014 by Virgo Global Energy SA. European and international supply are routed from Lausanne. Swiss Made on the product label.

One call. One pilot. One measurable delta. If NTROPYX doesn't save what we say it saves on your fleet — you don't sign the operational contract. It's that simple.
Tell us the volume, the fuel and the sector. We'll come back within one business day with a quoted pilot plan and an indicative savings envelope for your fleet.
